As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Sales & Market Survey Executive to strengthen our dealer network and provide valuable insights from the ground. Role Overview: We are seeking a candidate who has hands-on experience in the wires & cables sector , understands factory production flow, and has strong market connections with dealers, distributors, and electrical contractors. The role involves extensive fieldwork, market research, and collaboration with the production and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field surveys across regions to study market trends, pricing, and competition Identify and approach potential dealers, contractors, and retail partners for our cable products Collect customer feedback and relay market demands to the production team Monitor competitor activity and generate reports for strategic planning Coordinate with factory teams to align supply and production based on market insights Support marketing initiatives such as product demos, exhibitions, or trade visits Maintain and grow relationships in the electrical industry ecosystem Assist in order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and post-sale customer service Desired Profile: Proven experience in the wire & cable industry , especially in sales, production, or market operations Strong knowledge of cable types, manufacturing processes, and end-use applications Well-connected in the electrical and contractor markets (dealers, builders, OEMs, etc.) Self-driven, confident in the field, and strong at relationship building Ability to collect and present market data in a structured format Willing to travel across assigned zones/regions regularly Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the wire/cable/electrical sector Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or related field Familiarity with factory/production workflows is an added advantage Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting tools What We Offer: Competitive salary A dynamic, growing brand with room for professional growth Freedom to explore new markets and lead expansion initiatives Exposure to both marketing and production planning Be the bridge between market demand and product delivery.
