The ideal candidate should have basic computer proficiency, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities : Operate computer systems for data entry, documentation, and record maintenance Prepare and print reports, invoices, and official correspondence Handle filing, scanning, and maintaining office documents Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and office correspondence Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office supplies Provide general administrative and clerical support Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations Qualifications : Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
