We’re Hiring: Site Engineer – Electrical Projects Company: Mahavira Urja (Cable Manufacturing & Solutions) Location: Patna|Bihar | Full-Time | On-Site Role About Us: Mahavira Urja is a rapidly growing cable manufacturing company, delivering reliable and high-performance electrical solutions across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to oversee and execute on-site cable installation, supervision, and coordination of project activities. Role Overview: The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on-site electrical works, ensuring timely execution of cable installations, coordinating with clients, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in electrical engineering and a strong understanding of cable laying, electrical systems, and project handling. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site cable laying, termination, and testing activities Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth execution Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and material usage records Inspect tools, cables, and installation systems for compliance and readiness Resolve technical issues on-site and escalate major concerns to project leadership Assist in project planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation Liaise with the factory for dispatch and inventory updates Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering 2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in electrical/cable installation projects Strong knowledge of cable types (LT/HT), jointing, terminations, and testing procedures Familiar with safety standards, electrical drawings, and site documentation Willingness to travel and work at various project locations Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive salary + project incentives Exposure to large-scale electrical projects Supportive work environment with growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,058.29 - ₹34,647.76 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
