Field Sales Executive

About the Role We’re looking for a driven and sharp Sales Executive to be the face of The White Sand—building strong relationships with business owners, founders, and brand managers. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our services (HR, Branding, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing), and closing deals that add value to our clients and growth to our company. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries—startups, SMEs, and corporate businesses. Client Meetings & Pitching: Set up and attend meetings with business owners, directors, and brand heads to present tailored service solutions. Service Understanding: Clearly explain and pitch The White Sand’s core services: → HR Services (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance) → Branding & Social Media Marketing → Website Design & Development Sales Strategy & Pipeline: Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and follow-ups using CRM tools or trackers. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on service offerings, proposals, and delivery capabilities. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship management. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or agency business development (preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills (in both English and Hindi) Self-motivated, confident, and client-focused Ability to understand and pitch creative as well as technical services Comfortable with local travel for meetings Why Join Us?
