Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit existing and potential clients in Shimla and surrounding areas to promote and collect orders for pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and new offerings.
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and orders collected for efficient tracking and follow-up.
  • Address client queries and assist with resolving any order-related issues.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Mandatory

    : Prior experience in a field sales or client-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market and client base in Shimla is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid two-Wheeler drivers license and access to reliable transportation.

Based in or willing to relocate to Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
