EXEXCUTIVE ASSISTAN: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership within the logistics and supply chain department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics-related operations, scheduling, and assisting in the smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and logistics performance data as needed. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive. Assist in the preparation of logistics contracts, shipping documentation, and compliance forms. Monitor shipment schedules, inventory levels, and delivery deadlines. Act as a liaison between departments, clients, suppliers, and senior management. Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in strategic planning sessions. Support procurement and vendor management activities. REQUIREMENT: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
