Conducting Field visit to Identifying , Collecting & maintaining the details of riders. Recruitment & On boarding the identify riders. Build strong relationships with riders to increase retention and satisfaction. Assist riders & internal team in the on boarding process, including document verification and contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams Meet and exceed monthly targets.
