EXEXCUTIVE ASSISTAN: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership within the logistics and supply chain department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics-related operations, scheduling, and assisting in the smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and logistics performance data as needed. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
