ERP System Specialist (Unibis)

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP System Specialist with proven expertise in the Unibis ERP system. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our essential business functions, including financial management and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, highly analytical, and available for immediate joining.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Management: Administer and maintain the Unibis module for fleet operations, ensuring accurate tracking of vehicles, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and related logistics data.General Ledger (GL): Manage and oversee all General Ledger functions within Unibis, including chart of accounts, journal entries, trial balance, and financial reporting.Accounts Payables (AP): Handle all aspects of Accounts Payables, including vendor invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and vendor master data management within the Unibis system.Accounts Receivables (AR) Receipts: Manage Accounts Receivables, including customer invoicing, payment application (receipts), aging analysis, and customer master data.User Management: Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within Unibis, ensuring appropriate access levels and data security.Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Unibis system issues, working closely with users to resolve problems efficiently.Assist in data extraction, reporting, and analysis using Unibis capabilities to support business decision-making.Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and optimize Unibis usage.Document system processes, configurations, and user guides related to the Unibis ERP.

Required Skills Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with the Unibis ERP system is mandatory.Proven proficiency in Unibis modules, including Fleet Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and User Management.Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with users at all levels.Availability for immediate joining is essential.

Preferred Qualifications
