The Challenge We’re seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our market share in the pharmaceutical industry across North India. Based in Chandigarh, you’ll target pharmaceutical manufacturers who need our specialized supply chain software solutions to optimize their operations. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new pharmaceutical clients across North India • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry • Conduct detailed needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations of our supply chain solutions • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions that address specific client requirements • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product development Required Qualifications • Engineering degree with MBA or equivalent business qualification • 6-7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in supply chain solutions • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B sales deals • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and challenges • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders • Willingness to travel across North India (50-75%) Earn What You’re Worth Are you a top-performing sales professional looking for a role where your results directly impact your earnings?
