About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead efforts in establishing formal engagement channels with MNCs, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and large enterprises. The role involves navigating enterprise procurement processes to ensure the company is formally approved to deliver IT services, staffing, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and connect with enterprise sourcing, procurement, and partnerships teams.

● Drive the company’s institutional onboarding with MNCs and GCCs, including

documentation, compliance, and process management.

● Build long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders in IT, HR, and business

functions.

● Lead engagement through RFP platforms, supplier registration systems, and onboarding

portals.

● Collaborate with internal teams across legal, finance, and delivery to support readiness

and execution.

● Track and manage a pipeline of onboarding opportunities and key account partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.

● 7+ years of experience in business development, institutional partnerships, or enterprise

sales within the IT or staffing industry.

● Strong understanding of how MNCs and GCCs approve and onboard service providers.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

● Based in Hyderabad, with availability for in-person client interactions.

Compensation

Compensation includes ₹15 LPA fixed component, plus performance-based variable (open-ended, linked to outcomes and impact). Additional benefits include health insurance and other standard employee perks. We’re offering ₹15 LPA as a base, but are open to more for the right candidate based on what they bring to the table.
