This role is ideal for candidates who have recently completed or are currently pursuing the CFA program and are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial and equity research. The analyst will work closely with senior researchers and investment professionals on a wide range of industry and company analysis. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of companies, industries, and economic trends Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks (DCF, Relative Valuation, etc.) Track company earnings, financial statements, management commentary, and sector developments Draft investment research reports, industry notes, and company profiles Provide data-backed support for internal investment decisions and client presentations Monitor global macroeconomic indicators and regulatory updates relevant to the sectors covered Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct in line with the CFA Institute Code of Ethics Desired Candidate Profile: CFA Charterholder or actively pursuing CFA Level I/II/III Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline 0–1 year of experience in financial research, analysis, investment banking, or a related role Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, and valuation techniques Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for financial markets Good to Have: Awareness of ESG, sustainability research, or fintech trends Certification in financial modeling or equity research Application Details: To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to anjana.g@equippp.com Subject Line: Application for Research Analyst Show more Show less
