Key Responsibilities:



  1. Email Campaign Strategy:

    Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote upcoming conferences, webinars, and other events, with a focus on achieving attendance and revenue goals.
  2. Email Content Creation:

    Write compelling and engaging email copy that resonates with our target audience and encourages them to register for our conferences.
  3. Audience Segmentation:

    Segment our email lists based on attendee personas, industry, and interests to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  4. Email Automation:

    Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows, including drip campaigns, follow-up sequences, and reminder emails to maximize event registrations.
  5. A/B Testing:

    Continuously test and optimize email subject lines, content, layouts, and send times to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  6. Performance Analysis:

    Monitor email marketing performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
  7. Content creation for websites:

    Collaborate closely with the production and sales teams to gather insights and ensure accurate, persuasive content for each website section; conduct thorough research to develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that showcases product features, answers customer needs, and highlights unique selling points; ensure SEO optimization and a consistent tone across pages for better visibility, and refine drafts through editing and feedback to deliver polished, audience-focused website content.
  8. Daily Social Media Posting:

    collaborate closely with the Graphics and Media teams to plan, create, and post engaging social media banners daily, ensuring alignment with conference themes and goals. This involves overseeing the design process, crafting impactful captions with strong CTAs, scheduling posts for maximum visibility, utilizing event-specific hashtags, and actively monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance. By highlighting key conference elements like speakers, agendas, and deadlines, and fostering collaboration with partners and sponsors, the Marketing Manager drives consistent audience engagement and increases event visibility across all platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the event industry.
  • Proficiency with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Cloud mailer or similier).
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling, audience-focused content.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and project management.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices.
