About the Role:

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize electric motors (BLDC, PMSM, Induction, etc.) for automotive applications.
Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and performance simulations using
Motor-CAD
.
Support the end-to-end motor development lifecycle – from concept design to prototype testing and validation.
Work closely with mechanical and embedded systems teams to ensure system integration.
Analyze motor performance data and improve efficiency and reliability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in electric motor design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in
motor design
.
Proficient in
Motor-CAD
and other relevant simulation tools.
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and motor control fundamentals.
Knowledge of automotive motor applications is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS Maxwell,Solidwaorks or similar tools.
Knowledge of motor manufacturing processes.
Exposure to EV powertrain systems.
