Job Description Key Responsibilities : Analyze and gather business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices. Design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation processes within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment. Collaborate closely with technical teams to define customizations, integrations, and strategies for data migration. Lead requirement workshops and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful CRM adoption by business users. Oversee the deployment, testing, and post-implementation support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Diagnose and resolve functional issues within the CRM system to ensure smooth operations. Work with stakeholders to continuously improve CRM functionality and optimize business processes. Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and trends related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, test cases, and user manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM's Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. Strong understanding of integration techniques (APIs, Plugins, Azure Functions, Dataverse). Experience in data migration, data cleansing, and optimizing CRM performance.
