Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Director of Sales Marketing. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales and marketing team. The role includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring that the resort's occupancy and revenue goals are met. The Director will work closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in Market Analysis and Trend Analysis Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively with other departments Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred Show more Show less
