Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Director of Sales Marketing. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive our business growth. This is a leadership role responsible for building high-performing teams, scaling revenue, and developing impactful marketing strategies in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Lead and manage the sales & marketing team across all residential and commercial projects. • Drive revenue growth through lead generation, channel partner networks, and digital campaigns. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for branding, product positioning, and pricing strategy. • Set performance targets and ensure the achievement of sales KPIs. • Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and referrals. Requirements: • 8–12 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong background in real estate. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and digital trends. • Ability to create and execute marketing strategies for high-value property projects. • MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
