Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L

· Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing CS team.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops, PMO, Marketing, BD) for smooth execution.

CSAT, NPS, TAT, and revenue retention

renewals, upsells, and cross-sell

SOPs and operational frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

12–18 years

leadership experience

P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting

loyalty marketing, engagement, or SaaS

client handling, stakeholder management

execution and problem-solving

negotiation and presentation
