What You'll Do:

Strategic Ownership & Visioning

• Define the

  strategic roadmap for email marketing and campaign operations

  within the Martech ecosystem across business units.
• Partner with business heads, client teams, and product owners to

  identify whitespace opportunities

  and shape differentiated value propositions.
• Serve as the

  internal evangelist for Martech evolution

  , ensuring leadership buy-in and cross-functional alignment.

Solution Design & Innovation

• Architect high-impact, scalable solutions for

  email-led Martech services

  , blending automation, personalization, and platform expertise.
• Translate business goals into

  solution frameworks and modular offerings

  that can scale across industries and geographies.
• Institutionalize innovation by integrating AI/ML use cases, campaign intelligence tools, and next-gen analytics into offerings.

Practice Development & Capability Building

• Establish and lead the

  Email Campaign Practice

  as a strategic capability hub with defined tools, standards, playbooks, and governance models.
• Develop

  competency models and talent strategy

  aligned with evolving platform and client needs.
• Set up internal learning academies, certifications, and knowledge-sharing forums in partnership with L&D.

Business Enablement & Growth Support

• Act as a

  consultative partner to business heads and client leads

  , supporting them in identifying growth levers, market trends, and platform opportunities.
• Play a pivotal role in strategic pursuits — offering thought leadership, solution insight, and scalability frameworks (no sales quota).
• Guide new account onboarding and expansions by embedding proven solutioning and delivery models.

Governance & Strategic Measurement

• Define strategic KPIs and maturity metrics for the Martech practice, measuring capability adoption, reuse, and innovation impact.
• Lead periodic reviews with leadership to course-correct, align investments, and spotlight innovation-led wins.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and future-readiness (GDPR, cookie deprecation, platform updates, etc.).

What You'll Need:

• 12–15 years of experience in

  Martech strategy, campaign technology, or digital transformation

  , with at least 5 in a leadership or practice-building role.
• Deep expertise in

  email campaign platforms

  (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.) and Martech stacks.
• Proven track record of

  solution innovation, capability scaling, or setting up centers of excellence (CoEs)

  .
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to balance

  strategic direction and tactical enablement
