ADP is hiring a Director - ADP Ventures, India Role Overview – We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Principal based in Hyderabad, India to support our global investment efforts with a regional focus. This is a hybrid role, with time split between supporting the U.S. investment team and sourcing and evaluating high-potential startups across Asia , particularly within the Future of Work landscape. Key Responsibilities – Support for U.S. Team (~50%) Conduct deep research into Future of Work themes, including HRTech, benefits platforms, workforce analytics, and fintech solutions supporting the CFO’s office. Prepare high-quality investment memos, market maps, and strategic briefings for internal stakeholders. Manage and mentor a junior analyst to deliver insights, models, and presentations. Assist with due diligence, competitive analysis, and tracking of portfolio performance. Asia Deal Sourcing (~50%) Build and maintain a strong network of founders, VCs, and ecosystem partners across Asia. Identify early- to growth-stage startups in Future of Work sectors and lead initial evaluation and diligence. Attend local demo days, conferences, and ecosystem events as a regional representative of the fund. Present compelling, contextualized investment opportunities to the U.S. team. Qualifications 7–9 years of experience in venture capital, startup operations, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting. Exposure to Future of Work sectors—especially HRTech, employee benefits, SaaS, or financial tools—is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills with fluency in English. Demonstrated ability to manage junior talent and collaborate across time zones. Self-starter with a global mindset and the ability to operate independently. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
