Digital Transformation Consultant – R2R & Banking Domain

Location : Remote, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–8 years About the Role Our client is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant with deep domain knowledge in Record-to-Report (R2R) and Banking operations to drive impactful change across finance processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from a transformation, internal audit, or finance improvement background and possess a strong understanding of fixed assets, treasury, intercompany, and related processes. The ideal candidate will come from a finance background, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA in Finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support digital transformation projects focused on R2R processes, including Fixed Assets, Treasury, Intercompany Accounting, and Blackline implementations. Identify opportunities for automation, process redesign, and system optimization within the finance domain. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Audit, and IT to deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives. Analyze existing processes and controls to recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. Participate in or drive the implementation of digital tools, dashboards, or reporting solutions to improve process efficiency and transparency. Support change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of transformed processes. Qualifications: CA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional background. 5–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Internal Audit, or Process Improvement roles. Hands-on experience in R2R, preferably within Banking, Shared Services, or Financial Services environments. Familiarity with systems such as Blackline, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms. Strong analytical mindset and a demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to transformation projects. Good to Have: Exposure to automation and data analytics tools. Experience working in fast-paced, global organizations or consulting environments. Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration. Show more Show less
