Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Lead with 3 to 5+ years of experience in a service-based company, with a strong focus on (SMM,SEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth through strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and team leadership. You will lead a team of digital marketers to increase digital visibility, generate leads, and build brand authority across social platforms and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the in-house digital marketing team and external vendors (if applicable).

  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital strategies tailored for service-based/B2B offerings.

  • Design and execute organic and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

*

  • Manage client social media accounts to drive engagement and community growth.

*

  • Oversee content planning, calendars, and performance reporting for all social channels.

*

  • Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to ensure high-quality, branded creatives.

*

  • Optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for reach, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies and integrate with content marketing efforts.

*

  • Plan and coordinate content marketing (blogs, reels, infographics, case studies, whitepapers).

*

  • Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.

*

  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and HubSpot to track performance.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure MQLs meet business objectives.

*

  • Stay updated with the latest SMM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance reports for clients/stakeholders.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

*

  • 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a core focus on social media strategy and execution.

*

  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.

*

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Manager, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho).

*

  • Strong understanding of B2B/service-based marketing models.

*

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

*

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

*

  • Knowledge of content performance metrics and social media KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
