Job Summary We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead our digital campaigns, generate leads, and drive conversions. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms, while also reaching out to potential clients via cold emails and social media inbox engagement. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Generate qualified leads through paid campaigns and organic strategies. Approach potential clients via cold emails and direct social media messaging (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Manage the marketing funnel —from awareness to conversion and post-sale engagement. Optimize campaigns for performance: CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure compelling ad creatives and messaging. Track KPIs and report campaign results with actionable insights. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging tools. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies . Excellent written communication skills (especially for cold outreach). Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or others) is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing. Knowledge of automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A working understanding of SEO and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console).
