Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketer) to drive paid acquisition and optimize marketing performance across digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling ROI-focused ad campaigns while leveraging data analytics to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Track key KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
  • Drive remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling ROI-positive paid campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and consumer psychology.
  • Experience working with CRM tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and organic social media growth strategies.
  • Experience in B2B or D2C verticals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,482.94 - ₹34,433.95 per month
