Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and make data-driven decisions
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages using GA4 and UTM tracking
• Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to support organic marketing efforts
• Manage email marketing campaigns and optimize website performance
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and coordinate on multiple brand projects
• Ensure timely delivery and high performance across all digital campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Leadership qualities and experience in team management is a strong plus
