Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Gota, Ahmedabad Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Head of Growth / Marketing Manager Job Overview We’re looking for a data-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our organic and paid growth initiatives. This role blends technical SEO expertise with hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to improve organic visibility Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking) and oversee content strategy Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Monitor and report on KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and organic traffic growth Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align messaging and UX Implement A/B tests and CRO strategies to improve landing page performance Stay current with algorithm updates and paid media trends to maintain competitive edge Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in SEO and paid media Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager Strong analytical mindset with experience in Data Studio or Looker Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift
