Job Description: As the Social Media Manager at LN Laboratories Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation: - Develop creative and engaging concepts for content that resonate with our target audience. - Create visually appealing and compelling content, including images, videos, and graphics. 2. Content Management: - Schedule and publish content across all relevant social media platforms. - Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement. 3. Influencer Marketing: -Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to promote our products/services. - Develop and maintain relationships with influencers for ongoing partnerships. 4. Community Engagement: - Manage and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. - Foster a positive and engaging online community around our brand. 5. Advertisement Management: - Plan, create, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals. - Analyze and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI. 6. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor social media analytics to track key performance metrics. - Prepare regular reports detailing the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduation. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. - Proficiency in content creation and design tools. - Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration. - Familiarity with social media advertising platforms. - Ability to work independently.
