Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who will act as the key link between our management team and external marketing agencies. This role is essential in ensuring all digital marketing efforts align with business goals and are executed efficiently through agency collaboration.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Take briefs directly from the management team and translate them into clear marketing objectives and action plans.
  • Design and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Evaluate new digital tools and channels to expand reach and effectiveness.

2. Agency Coordination & Oversight

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO agencies, tele-calling partners, and creative/advertising agencies.
  • Coordinate project timelines, performance expectations, and communication between agencies and internal teams.
  • Regularly review deliverables from partner agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards.

3. Digital Campaign Management

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor lead generation activities and conversion rates, especially in sync with external tele-calling efforts.
  • Optimize marketing spends and ensure return on investment (ROI) tracking.

4. Website & Analytics

  • Manage website content updates, UX improvements, and performance analytics.
  • Track user behavior, traffic sources, and campaign results via tools like Google Analytics and other platforms.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Product Teams to gather insights, align messaging, and share marketing assets.
  • Support the sales team with sales enablement tools including pitch decks, brochures, and product guides.

6. Reporting & Improvement

  • Provide monthly performance reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Recommend and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech or B2B sectors.
  • Strong experience working with external agencies for SEO, tele-calling, content, or design.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience in handling multi-agency operations and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of CRM and lead management platforms.
