Digital Marketing Manager

Mechblock.in is actively seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative, with a keen eye for design and a strong grasp of performance marketing across SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Optimization

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

Execute on-page and off-page SEO techniques to boost search rankings

Implement technical SEO (site speed, schema, crawlability, etc.)

Monitor organic performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and suggest improvements

Paid Advertising (PPC)

Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Manage budgets, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI

A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter

Craft engaging content and creatives for both organic and paid posts

Track social metrics (engagement, reach, followers) and continuously improve performance

Creative Direction & Visual Design

Collaborate with designers or freelancers to develop high-impact marketing creatives

Review and provide feedback on visuals, graphics, and videos for branding consistency

Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to refine or create marketing assets as needed

Analytics & Reporting

Set up and maintain tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Present campaign performance and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with content writers, sales teams, and web developers to align marketing efforts

Coordinate with third-party agencies, vendors, or freelancers when required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role

Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)

Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns

Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms

Good aesthetic judgment with experience giving feedback on creatives

Familiarity with basic design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Strong analytical and reporting skills using marketing data

Excellent communication and time management abilities

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page edits

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo
