Job Description

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Company's private label brands : Nexlev , Audio Array and White Mulberry to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across all digital channels. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and team leadership, with a special focus on social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns

    across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies

    to promote products/services, engage audiences, and strengthen the brand on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage content

    (text, images, video) for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance

    using analytics tools; track KPIs, ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Oversee and mentor a team

    of digital specialists, content creators, and marketing analysts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with sales, design, and product teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets

    and allocate resources efficiently to maximize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

    to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.
  • Engage with online communities and influencers

    to expand reach and manage brand reputation.
  • Handle customer interactions and inquiries

    on social platforms, fostering positive relationships and addressing feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital marketing Strategies and Tools , AdTech , Audience Cohorts , PPC, content marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends . Ability to incorporate consumer insights into marketing campaign strategies and projects .
  • Creative, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
