Job Description

Aris Unitern is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will leverage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate high-quality property leads and strengthen our brand presence online. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital campaign strategy, analytics, and creative content for real estate audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Campaign Management

• Design, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads to drive property inquiries.

• Build and refine conversion funnels, set up tracking, and implement retargeting tactics.

• Integrate advertising campaigns seamlessly with CRM and lead management systems.

• Social Media & Content Management

• Develop engaging, property-focused content for regular posting on social media.

• Maintain and execute a content calendar to nurture and engage leads.

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and encourage client engagement.

• Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign key performance indicators (e.g., CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates) and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform marketing strategy.

• Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Aris Unitern’s sales, creative, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with company objectives.

• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience running targeted campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion tracking, ad funnel optimization, and retargeting.

• Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.

• Strong copywriting and creative design skills within real estate marketing contexts.

• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of landing page optimization, SEO, and SEM best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related discipline.

• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Platforms.

• Prior experience in real estate digital marketing.

• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and lead nurture automations.

• Portfolio demonstrating successful property lead generation campaigns.

• Experience with video, YouTube, or WhatsApp marketing considered an asset.
