Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive - Performance Marketer at LeoZeal Design Studio. The role involves tasks related to social media marketing, lead generation, marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy setup
Create ad creatives (with the help of design/content team) and compelling ad copies
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Track conversions and set up events via Google Tag Manager / Meta Pixel
Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to align marketing efforts
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of performance metrics and conversion tracking (GA4, UTM, GTM)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus
Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) will be a bonus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
0 to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically performance marketing
Strong communication and time management skills
