Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving performance, engaging audiences, and delivering measurable outcomes. You'll be responsible for executing paid campaigns, managing SEO and social media, generating leads, and working directly with clients. Strong communication, a positive mindset, and a willingness to meet clients locally are key to succeeding in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Paid Campaigns:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

2.Lead Generation:

Execute lead-focused campaigns for recruitment, study abroad, healthcare, and consulting services.

3.SEO & SEM:

Improve organic visibility and search rankings through effective SEO strategies and keyword optimization.

4.Email Marketing:

Develop and manage automated email workflows using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot.

5.Social Media Management:

Create and manage content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Threads.

6.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Search Console. Maintain reports and dashboards.

7.Collaboration:

Work with designers and video editors to create compelling content and campaign assets.

8.AI Tools Utilization:

Use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Magic Write, Surfer SEO, and Copy.ai to enhance productivity and content creation.

9.Landing Page Optimization:

Implement CRO strategies to boost user engagement and increase conversion rates.

10.Stakeholder Coordination:

Align digital marketing efforts with internal departments and external partners to support business goals.

Additional Requirements:

  • Client Interaction:

Willingness to travel locally and meet clients as needed to build strong relationships and understand business needs.

  • Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in handling inquiries and turning them into leads or sales.

  • Attitude & Teamwork:

A positive mindset, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads
  • Strong SEO/SEM skills
  • Experience with email marketing tools and social media scheduling platforms
  • Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and other analytics platforms
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
