Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and performance standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Promote best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical team and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
