Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Business Development Intern located in Noida. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, assisting in sales activities, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting and analyzing market data, creating marketing materials, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and run social media campaigns (LinkedIn & Twitter) targeting B2B SaaS decision-makers
  • Write engaging content: blogs, product updates, micro-posts, and emailers
  • Support SEO activities (keyword research, metadata optimization, backlinks)
  • Assist with content strategy for our website, newsletters, and product explainer pages
  • Collaborate on performance tracking and analytics (GA4, UTM links, dashboards)

Customer Outreach & Campaign Management

  • Create and manage outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Segment lead lists by industry, function, and use-case relevance
  • Write short, persuasive copy for cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
  • Run A/B tests for subject lines and calls to action
  • Coordinate personalized campaigns for top ICP accounts in coordination with sales team
  • Track campaign performance, lead scores, and CRM hygiene

Business Development Support

  • Conduct competitive and market research on SaaS companies, verticals, and GTM trends
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying leads based on RevAi Pro’s ICP
  • Help prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and outreach scripts
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, lead enrichment, and CRM entries
  • Attend demo calls (optional) and help prepare follow-up collaterals
  • Explore partnerships with agencies, accelerators, or distribution partners


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
  • Sales skills and ability to support sales activities
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
