Position Summary Job title: Development Engineer The jobs purpose: New Product Development with special focus on documentation generation in the prepare for lauch phase for Svanehøj Singapore. Essential Responsibilities Tasks: Writing documentation Writing gathering and compiling material for complete English product manuals in MS word. Writing English assembly instructions in MS word and in the quality management system. Writing/creating other kinds of English product related standard documentation. Assist in developing templates structures etc. for the area. Production preparation Creating production drawings based on created designs in NX and Teamcenter – including working with adding tolerances via GPS, creating explosive views and general arrangement drawings. Creating missing parts in NX and Teamcenter as well as in our ERP Jeeves Producing models for marketing material from NX Teamcenter. Contribute to product optimization via knowledge of manufactuing engineering. Position Requirements Special requirements to the employee: Educational requirements: Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering – alternatively Marine Engineer Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing and creating manufacturing drawings.
