(Mechanical) Experience 4 to 7 years experience of NPD at Tier 1 of OEM (VW/HMI/Mahindra/TATA/FCA/Mercedez) Job description Assemble Design Information from Customer -If Customer has provided CAD File, prepare 2D Drawing from CAD Centre. -knowledge 3D software i.e.. Catia/NX Series/Pro-Creo SOR Review / Standard Review ,Prepare BOM with specification detail, Screening risk assessment, Process Flow with Cycle Time, Tooling & Equipment Requirement List ,Capacity Mapping / Space Mapping for Layout Tech review document Preparation with Deviation List ,Discussion with customer with design related concern, manufacturing Process flow & VAVE proposal if any. Close out All Points Validation related Testing, Coordinate with Customer , support of Validation Complete manufacturing feasibility & Confirm customer assembly for prototypes Internal & external Supplier IMDS requirements fulfilled / Submission to Customer Good hand in Excel & power point. Communications skills with customer and foreigners
