Roles and Skill

Roles & Responsibilities -

Hands on development of microservices as part of a development squad using Scrum/Kanban within a SAFe environmentDriving the quality and performance of owned micro-services, through the use of standards and best practicesEstablishing a culture of continuous improvement through learning, training and coachingEnsuring quality is at the heart of everything you and your team does

Required Skills -

Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs within a micro-services architectureDeep knowledge of Java frameworks like Sprint BootSubstantial experience in Scrum and developing through BDD/TDD, using associated tools for testing and continuous integration & deploymentAn ability to challenge others in doing what’s right for the business.A passion for finding solutions to problems that haven’t been solved beforeSpring boot/Java Development experienceExperience of Agile delivery methodologies, understanding of SAFe would be an advantageAgile tools like JIRA, Confluence etc
