Job Description

Brand Communication and Product Marketing Develop marketing strategies that complement and optimize the broader business value chain. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness. Oversee product marketing efforts, including positioning, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management. Work with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence and lead generation efforts. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategies to streamline cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and service teams. Evaluate and enhance customer touchpoints to drive value across the customer journey Strategic Planning and Execution Assist in developing, refining, and implementing the organization’s marketing and business strategies to achieve growth and market leadership. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to drive organizational initiatives impacting product, marketing, sales, service, and digital transformation. Lead special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned to him. Work closely with other functions to refine product features and pricing strategies for maximum impact Align product strategies with market needs, ensuring value creation at every stage of the product value chain Data-Driven Insights and Reporting Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed business and performance reports for internal stakeholders, HQ and the leadership team Stakeholder Collaboration Mentor and guide teams within the marketing function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Partner with sales, service, IT, finance and other functions to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects. Presentation and Communication Prepare and deliver high-quality strategy presentations and reports for the leadership team.
