Title- Data Analyst

Mode of Office : Hybrid, (3 days in week ) or might be 5 Days working. Pref only localities

Time Zone : IST zone (Overlap of 2-3 PST hours sometime if any client call. )

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analytics like cohort analysis, scenario analysis, time series analysis, and predictive analysis, creating powerful visualizations to communicate the results.

• Articulate assumptions, analyses and interpretations of data in a variety of modes.

• Design data models that define how the tables, columns, and data elements from different sources are connected and stored, based on our reporting and analytics requirements.

• Work closely with BI engineers to develop efficient, highly performant, scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

• Query data from warehouses like Snowflake using SQL.

• Validate and QA data to ensure consistent data accuracy and quality.

• Troubleshoot data issues and conduct root cause analysis when reporting data is in question.


Requirements : Hands-On to SQL &Tableau


• 5+ years relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI Analytics, or BI Engineering, preferably with a globally recognized organization.

• Expert level skills writing complex SQL queries to create views in warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery.

• Advanced skills in designing and creating data models and dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, Domo, Looker, etc.

• Intermediate level skills in analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI (complex formulas, lookups, pivots, etc.)

• Bachelor’s/Advanced degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or similar field of study.

• Willingness to work with internal team members and stakeholders in other time zones


The People Analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst - an experienced analytics professional who is passionate about unleashing the power of data to help us inform decision making, achieve our strategic objectives, and hire and retain world-class talent. As an integral part of the team, the Data Analyst will leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to turn data into knowledge and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing advanced analytics and reporting solutions based on business requirements, and in delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that provide answers to critical HR related questions. He/she must be able to validate data and ensure data quality, design data models, perform sophisticated analyses, and create visualizations using BI tools like Tableau. In particular, he/she should possess strong SQL skills and be experienced in working with BI Engineers to troubleshoot and systematically eliminate data issues.
