Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate will transform data into insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to understand data needs and deliver customized solutions
• Develop automated reporting tools to monitor KPIs and business metrics
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards
• Use SQL or other querying tools to retrieve and manipulate data from databases
• Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly format

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (must-have)
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation
• Knowledge of Excel, DAX, Power Query, or other analytical tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Experience with Python/R is a plus
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL pipelines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
