Customer Support Executive | Jayanagar, Bangalore Jiva Water is looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. If you have 1-2 years of customer-facing experience and are ready to drive sales conversions and ensure seamless customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage customer queries across all channels (email, call, WhatsApp). Convert inquiries into sales; provide global & India-based support. Oversee B2B/D2C order processing & logistics. Recover abandoned carts and boost conversion. Generate sales & support data reports. Collaborate on sales & marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years experience in customer-facing roles. Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi . Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & CRM systems. Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.
