Customer Service Coordinator
to join our team in Mumbai, India for full-time position.
What you will do
Customer Service Coordinator provides a wide range of customer interface activities including order management, complaint handling and solution finding as well as customer interaction about products, logistics and sales conditions to SOA (India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka). Your main tasks are:
- Customer relationship management
- Order management – order entry, progression and communication of orders to all necessary parties, proactive intervention in process disturbance situations, optimizing load to achieve the effective distribution of goods
- Customer data maintenance including price lists
- Complaints handling - including entry, progression as well as the internal coordination and customer communication
- Customer communication related to pricing, products, sales conditions, technical questions and supply chain
- Technical consultation on the recommendation of the product, organization and control of samples and testing, technical documentation and brochures
- Support in following up payments
Who you are
- You have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or similar area
- You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi (Knowledge of any south Indian Language added advantage)
- You show commercial awareness and are interested in developing your product and technical knowledge
- You have supply chain knowledge and knowledge about import or exports is seen as an asset
- You have a customer service mindset, you are able to build, maintain and improve customer relations and understand customer needs
- You pay attention to detail and work with high accuracy
- You have good organizational skills and can prioritize your workload
- You are open to changes and have experience or are interested in working in a continual improvement environment
- You are flexible, open to changes and have experience or are interested in working in a continual improvement environment
