Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to oversee service operations within our System Integration (SI) Division, focusing on Telecom, CCTV, and Biometric systems. The ideal candidate will coordinate field service activities, ensure timely service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide administrative and operational support to the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Coordination:

  • Schedule and assign service technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Track service calls, complaints, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain detailed service records and update CRM systems or service logs.

Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service requests and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.

Team Support:

  • Coordinate with technical teams for spares, tools, and documentation.
  • Ensure technicians have clear work orders and necessary support before site visits.

Logistics & Documentation:

  • Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and service tools.
  • Prepare service reports, invoices, and related documents for internal and client use.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure service operations comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor adherence to safety protocols and proper usage of equipment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in service coordination or related role in Telecom, CCTV, or Biometric systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Traits:

  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle field-level challenges and provide quick resolutions.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of telecom, CCTV, and biometric devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
