Job Description:

• To resolve customer queries/ complaints and assist in resolving customer issues

• To ensure complete hand-holding of customers from booking onwards till possession.

• Ensuring that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all cases. This includes the recording of all communications between the various parties and all information taken into consideration with clients & Sales team

• To ensure that the collection targets are met Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate

• Maintaining excellent service quality at the point of enquiry and follow-ups

• To ensure that all marketing plans and information are received from the marketing and sales dept. and translated clearly to the team briefly

• To ensure that all the records, allotments letters, agreements are properly maintained and easily accessible

• To feed-in data in the ERP system and report promptly on the shortfalls in INQUIRIES that may lead to a shortfall in overall performance of the team

• To ensure that follow-up schedules and deadlines are met

• Coordinating with various internal teams for the improvement initiatives effectively

• Customer feedback, analysis and action

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation Full Time

Work Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Real Estate, other consumer facing businesses.
