Responsibilities

• Manage customer follow-ups post sales and service

• Conduct CSI / SSI feedback calls as per KIA standards

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with the Sales & Service teams for seamless customer experience

• Maintain customer data and reports in CRM / DMS system

• Organize customer engagement programs and loyalty initiatives


Requirements


Service Advisor, CRM, or CRE

Qualification:

Malayalam & English

CRM tools and DMS software

customer-focused attitude

manage escalations and ensure customer retention
