PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform dedicated to supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. The organization offers various services, including an anonymous chat platform, peer support, AI-driven 24/7 support, and counseling therapy sessions. Driven by a community of over 4,000 peers and a team of 50 passionate changemakers, PANHA addresses issues such as assault, harassment, family disputes, academic pressure, and depression. The vision of PANHA is to decrease suicide rates by providing a compassionate and supportive community for mental health.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PANHA, an early-stage startup. The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, overseeing software development, managing IT projects, and guiding the architecture and product development processes. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the leadership team to align technology with business goals, managing development teams, ensuring the scalability and security of the platform, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
