CRM Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end

  customer journey

  via the CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Follow up on inbound leads from website, social media, and campaigns
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their

  furniture/interior requirements

• Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations and timelines
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain detailed customer records, track communication history, and ensure follow-up schedules
• Generate regular reports on conversion rates, lead status, and pipeline performance
• Train and lead a small team of CRM executives (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience:

4 years of CRM or Sales experience

✅ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in a D2C luxury/home interior brand
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, design presentations, or project lifecycle
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, lead automation tools, and lead gen platforms
