Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and enhance the email marketing strategy, encompassing campaigns, funnels, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels. Utilize audience segmentation based on specified characteristics and select appropriate communication forms to deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Manage and optimize customer retention and experience programs, including Loyalty and Referral initiatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to implement and execute new projects effectively.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Attain monthly and yearly revenue targets through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Constantly optimize relevant metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including copyright, data protection, and marketing laws.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar for engagement purposes.
  • Maintain day-to-day reports on campaigns and analyze their performance.
  • Engage with customers to gather data insights into their behavioral patterns.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to fulfill the design and content
  • requirements of campaigns.


Requirements:


  • Proficient in direct response copywriting.
  • 1+ years of experience in the field.
  • Ability to interpret retention data effectively.
  • Strong multitasking skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in maintaining reports and analyzing data.
  • Proactive approach and ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
