Job Title: Computer Trainer / IT Training Executive / Computer Tutor Company: Placement Point Solutions Job Location: Velachery , Chennai Employment Type: Full-time (18-month agreement) Job Description: Placement Point Solutions is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Trainer/Teacher/Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in various computer-related subjects, including software development, programming, IT fundamentals, and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: *Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP, Data Science, Data Analytics, AWS, Full-Stack Development, AI, and other software technologies. *Develop and implement lesson plans, training materials, and hands-on practical sessions. *Provide individual and group guidance to students based on their learning pace. *Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and interactive discussions. *Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. *Support students with career guidance and placement assistance. *Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and feedback. Basic Requirements: *Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. *Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with a passion for teaching and training. Skills: *Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.). *Good communication and presentation skills. *Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners. *Hands-on experience with industry tools and technologies is a plus. *Commitment: Willing to sign an 18-month agreement with the company. Preferred Qualifications: *Certification in any relevant technology (AWS, SAP, Data Science, etc.) is an advantage. *Prior experience in a teaching, training, or mentoring role is preferred but not mandatory.
